So long the silence

The other day, a friend mentioned she'd found my blog, enjoyed it, and wondered why I hadn't posted so much. Well, because. Blogs are odd things--they presume people care about one's thoughts while exposing the writer to scrutiny. Who would want that? Suffice it to say, a lot has happened in the last...(counting on fingers...wow) five months. A job change (click here), adjustment to a new work culture, a church change (click here), you name it. And, with the different visibility/responsibility of the new job, I gots to be real careful 'bout what I writes. So I suspect the postings here will be sparse, surface-y and some other word that starts with the letter 's'.
